Vigyan Ashram

Vigyan Ashram is a voluntary organization working in the field of development & dissemination of appropriate technologies for the past 43 years. It has its head office at Pabal village in Shirur block of Pune district. Vigyan Ashram has established the Design Innovation Center (DIC) in collaboration with Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) for design and development technologies in the area of engineering, renewable energy, waste management, bio-technology, farming, food processing, robotics & sensor application, etc. Vigyan Ashram provides internship and paid fellowship support to college graduates/post-graduates and also recruits them in the R&D team for long-term projects.
