At Platformatory, our team consists of polyglot programmers with diverse industry experience, domain awareness, and a strong background in technology consulting. We operate as a lean, agile collective, focusing on delivering incremental changes and working as an extension of our customers' teams. We avoid pyramid-shaped team structures and adhere to the "two pizza rule" to maintain small, efficient teams.
