The NCLT appoints an IP to implement CIRP, PGIRP, and liquidation of corporate, limited, and private limited companies, as well as personal guarantors in an individual capacity. In this process, we need to adhere to the IBC 2016 and IBBI guidelines and coordinate matters with different professionals such as Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, Registered Valuers, Advocates, Financial Creditors (Banks, NBFCs), and other creditors.
