A&P Works is a founder-led technology and consulting firm that operates at the intersection of engineering, project execution, and business strategy. We help startups and enterprises design and build modern web & mobile products, AI- enabled solutions, and data platforms, while also setting up strong ProjectOps/PMO and delivery governance systems. Our work ranges from fast- track MVP builds and scalable PWAs to Snowflake-based data engineering, cloud modernization, and Fractional Leadership advisory. Founded by an IIM alumnus, A&P Works is hands-on, detail-driven, and outcome-obsessed.
