About the founder: I'm Rohit Francis, the Founder of Nerova. We're building India's first custom- fit sisal car mat brand, born out of a passion for design, sustainability, and craftsmanship. At Nerova, interns get to work directly with the founding team across product development, operations, marketing, and brand building, gaining a first-hand view of how a D2C brand grows from the ground up. About Nerova: Born in Kerala, Nerova reimagines car interiors with sustainable luxury, creating custom-fit car mats woven from natural sisal fibre. The brand is built on an 80-year family legacy of mat-making and design, now modernized for today's drivers. The same mats that grace Rolls-Royce interiors and were a factory option to the classic Porsches are now handcrafted in Alleppey.
