Bhumika Bajaj

I am an advocate practicing primarily in civil, criminal, and corporate law, with work spanning litigation, advisory, and drafting across various forums and tribunals. I regularly appear before district courts, high courts, and quasi-judicial authorities, with key areas of practice including contract law, property disputes, and family matters. I also handle cases related to corporate compliance and regulatory frameworks. Interns working with me will gain exposure to legal research, drafting petitions, and client interactions, as well as have the opportunity to observe court proceedings and assist in case preparation. I encourage interns to develop analytical skills and practical problem-solving abilities, offering a hands-on learning experience beyond textbooks and classroom discussions.
