This role is ideal for someone who is people- oriented, organized, and eager to work in a fast-paced, youth-driven media and marketing agency. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, assisting with policy implementation, and supporting overall HR operations. You will also help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and may be involved in field recruitment efforts as needed. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a basic understanding of HR processes, and the ability to multitask effectively.
