Hotel Management - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:

1\. Assist in handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations

2\. Learn how to manage guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally

3\. Ensure guests have a seamless and memorable experience during their stay

4\. Understand the importance of cleanliness and hygiene standards in hotels

5\. Work with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms and public areas are well-

maintained

6\. Conduct room inspections to ensure they meet ILIF's quality standards

7\. Assist in restaurant operations, taking guest orders, and ensuring

excellent dining experiences

8\. Learn about menu planning, restaurant branding, and F&B promotions

9\. Coordinate with chefs and servers to understand kitchen and service

operations

10\. Support hotel managers in promoting hotel services and special offers

11\. Learn how to manage online travel agencies (OTAs) and pricing strategies

12\. Assist in social media and branding initiatives to enhance the hotel's

online presence

13\. Work closely with property managers, chefs, and housekeeping staff

14\. Learn how to manage inventory, hotel supplies, and cost control

15\. Participate in staff training and performance management activities

Requirements:

1\. Fresh graduates in hospitality management, business administration, or

related fields

2\. Passionate about the hospitality industry and eager to learn

3\. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills

4\. Willingness to work in different departments and gain all-round experience
