Community Management - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1\. Create and submit a minimum of six (6) high-quality and relevant posts per

day across diverse categories such as news, discussions, memes, academic tips,

and career advice.

2\. Engage actively within the community by upvoting and commenting

meaningfully on every post to foster discussion and increase visibility.

3\. Maintain an active presence across similar online communities while

adhering to iQuanta's community engagement guidelines.

4\. Ensure a Turnaround Time (TAT) of under 10 minutes for responding to all

query-based posts with accurate and helpful information or by escalating

appropriately.

5\. Proactively resolve user queries, guide new members, and direct users to

relevant internal or external resources.

6\. Enforce all community rules and guidelines by moderating content, removing

spam, and ensuring respectful and constructive discussions.

7\. Monitor and manage spam, bot activity, and inappropriate behavior using

the available moderator tools.

8\. Prepare and submit a concise weekly report summarizing key metrics such as

top-performing posts, common queries, moderation actions taken, and

recommendations for community growth.
