2\. Craft outreach messages that are human and curiosity-sparking.
3\. Maintain ATS hygiene (Keka) by uploading, tagging, and tracking candidate
journeys.
4\. Schedule interviews, ensuring smooth experiences for candidates and
panels.
5\. Conduct quick studies on tech hiring trends, salaries, and niche skills.
6\. Experiment with AI and incorporate best practices to improve efficiency.
7\. Shadow senior recruiters and co-founders in real-time searches to learn
how "Engineers First, Technologies Later" guides hiring.
