Digital Marketing - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Content planning (regional/language-specific)

2\. Social media posting & ad coordination

3\. Use AI tools for automation & content refinement

4\. Basic design work (using Canva)

5\. Support SEO & email campaigns

6\. Collaborate on UGC and internship promotion projects

Stipend Structure:

1\. 1st one month will be a part-time Internship and on a performance-based

pay band, where you will receive 100rs per task. Once we are satisfied with

your performance during the 1st month, we will convert you into a fixed pay

band from the 2nd month of your internship. *This transition can happen within

a month if your performance is satisfactory during 1-2 weeks of your

internship.*

2\. From the 2nd month, your pay will be decided depending on your

availability in the day, i.e., Full Time (6-7 hours of work timings and make

sure that you are available for 3 hrs between 5 pm to 10 pm. The remaining 3-4

hrs can be in anytime of the Day)

If you choose a Part-Time Internship, you should be available for 3- 4 hours

in a day. 3 hrs between 5 pm to 10 pm would be preferable.

FT 8k to 10k per month

PT 4k to 5k per month
