Human Resources (HR) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment,

onboarding, training, compliance, and employee relations, to ensure a

positive, productive, and legally compliant work environment.

2\. Leading and managing the inside sales team to drive revenue growth through

lead generation, prospect nurturing, deal closure, and customer relationship

management across phone, email, and digital channels.

3\. Collaborating with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to

align business objectives and improve overall efficiency.

4\. Providing feedback on market trends, customer needs, and potential product

improvements.

5\. Supporting new product launches through sales enablement initiatives and

strategic communication.

6\. Overseeing lead qualification, prospecting, and nurturing activities to

maintain a strong sales pipeline.

7\. Ensuring effective use of CRM systems for tracking, managing, and

reporting sales activities.

8\. Coordinating with the marketing team to convert inbound leads into

qualified opportunities.
