Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through various
job portals and social media.
2\. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
3\. Support onboarding and induction activities for new joiners.
4\. Maintain and update employee databases and HR records.
5\. Assist in drafting job descriptions, offer letters, and HR communications.
6\. Participate in employee engagement initiatives and feedback collection.
7\. Support HR operations and compliance-related documentation.
8\. Contribute ideas to improve HR processes and policies.
