System Administrator - Internship
COEPD (Center Of Excellence For Professional Development)
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems
and networks.
2\. Provide technical support to employees (hardware/software issues, login
access, system errors).
3\. Support network and server maintenance activities.
4\. Help monitor system performance and ensure IT security compliance.
5\. Assist in maintaining IT asset inventory (laptops, routers, cables, etc.).
6\. Perform regular data backup and system update checks.
7\. Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, printer, and connectivity issues.
8\. Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment repairs and replacements.
9\. Support the IT team in setting up accounts, emails, and access permissions
for new joiners.
