Talent Acquisition - Internship

We are looking for a talented and motivated talent acquisition intern to join

our team at Futurescape Technologies Private Limited. This is an exciting

opportunity for someone with English proficiency (spoken and written), MS-

Excel, Gemini, and experience with generative AI tools.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Assist in sourcing and recruiting top talent for various departments

within the company.

2\. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates'

qualifications and fit for the role.

3\. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

4\. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers using MS-

Excel.

5\. Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to

attract high-quality candidates.

6\. Utilize generative AI tools to enhance our recruitment processes and

provide valuable insights.

7\. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment

process.
