Human Resources (HR) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1\. Making 40-50 outbound calls per day to potential applicants.

2\. Evaluating candidate profiles for Germany-specific job opportunities.

3\. Explaining job descriptions and career pathways clearly and convincingly

to candidates and/or their parents.

4\. Shortlisting eligible candidates for paid virtual counselling sessions

(VCs).

5\. Ensuring a minimum of five paid VCs are aligned per day.

6\. Coordinating and scheduling VCs with the senior HR counselling team.

7\. Assisting senior HRs during VCs by taking notes, following up, and

ensuring smooth communication.

8\. Maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates on daily

performance.
