Graphic Design - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Design & creative execution:

1\. Assist in creating engaging designs for social media posts, reels,

stories, and ad creatives across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn platforms.

2\. Support in designing marketing collaterals such as brochures, pitch decks,

presentations, and banners.

B. Brand consistency:

1\. Ensure all designs follow the consistent brand guidelines of their

respective projects.

2\. Maintain a consistent look and feel across platforms for every client

project.

C. Collaboration & team support:

1\. Work closely with the content and marketing teams to translate ideas into

visuals.

2\. Brainstorm creative concepts for campaigns, pitches, and new projects.

3\. Share fresh ideas and trends in the design and digital space.

D. Technical skills & tools:

1\. Learn and apply tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator (as per

project needs).

2\. Optimize graphics for different formats.

E. Research & innovation:

1\. Stay updated with design trends, social media aesthetics, and digital

marketing creative strategies.

2\. Suggest innovative design approaches for better audience engagement.

F. Administrative & learning:

1\. Deliver tasks within deadlines while maintaining quality.

2\. Participate in regular reviews with the team to get feedback and improve.

3\. Keep a learning mindset - actively take feedback and upskill in relevant

tools.
