Customer Service/Customer Support - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Interact with customers through calls, chats, and online platforms

2\. Handle and resolve customer complaints politely and efficiently

3\. Promote company services and pitch offers to potential customers

4\. Manage and update customer databases accurately

5\. Conduct feedback calls and report insights

6\. Coordinate with on-ground staff to ensure smooth service delivery

7\. Assist in social media handling and basic content posting or engagement

activities

8\. Help in building a positive company image through customer interaction and
