Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Researching trends and generating fresh content ideas aligned with our

audience and

2\. business goals

3\. Writing engaging captions, hooks, and hashtags tailored for social media

platforms

4\. Planning and maintaining monthly social media content calendars

5\. Ensuring timely publishing of all content as per the calendar

6\. Monitor competitor pages and industry leaders for inspiration and

benchmarking

7\. Tracking post performance and compiling actionable insights and

optimization strategies

8\. Monitoring competitor activity and identifying new opportunities for

differentiation

9\. Identify opportunities for real-time engagement and trend jacking

10\. Engaging with comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely, brand-consistent

voice

What We're Looking For

1\. Strong interest in social media and content marketing

2\. Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X

(Twitter)

3\. Good written communication skills and creative thinking ability

4\. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to explore fast-paced work

environments

5\. Ability to collaborate, take feedback, and meet deadlines consistently
