Human Resource Officer – Recruitment - Internship

Location: On-Site (Kolkata, PS ABACUS Office)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
As an HR Officer (Recruitment Intern), you will assist in the end-to-end
recruitment process sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and
onboarding manpower for various client projects. You'll work directly with
senior HR officers and gain hands-on experience in workforce management and
industrial recruitment operations.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Support the recruitment team in sourcing and shortlisting candidates for
different job roles.
2\. Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews as per project
requirements.
3\. Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment trackers.
4\. Coordinate with site supervisors and project HR teams for deployment
updates.
5\. Draft and publish job postings on social media and job portals.
6\. Assist in the documentation and onboarding of new candidates.
7\. Ensure smooth communication between the company and candidates.
