Human Resources (HR) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

1\. Onboarding & Off boarding:

Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and joining

formalities.

Coordinate new hire onboarding document collection, induction sessions, and

system access setup.

Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and personnel files.

Support the exit process by conducting exit formalities, collecting assets,

and updating records.

2\. HR Operations:

Maintain employee databases and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.

Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and HR documentation.

Coordinate with internal teams for HR compliance and audit requirements.

Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks and queries.

3\. Employee Engagement:

Plan and support employee engagement activities, celebrations, and wellness

programs.

Collect feedback and participation data to assess engagement effectiveness.

Contribute creative ideas for improving employee morale and company culture.

4\. Payroll Assistance:

Coordinate with the payroll team to verify attendance, leave, and employee

data.

Assist in maintaining salary records and monthly payroll inputs.

Handle basic payroll-related queries from employees.
