As a telecalling intern at Aathma Foundation, you will have the exciting
opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals by effectively
communicating the organization's mission and services.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1\. Making outbound calls to potential donors, sponsors, and partners.
2\. Handling inbound calls from individuals seeking information about our
programs.
3\. Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns
in a timely manner.
4\. Maintaining accurate records of call activities and donor information in
MS Excel.
5\. Collaborating with the fundraising team to meet donation targets and
goals.
6\. Assisting in organizing and coordinating telethons, fundraising events,
and campaigns.
7\. Continuously improving communication skills and techniques to enhance
caller engagement and response rates.

In India, the elderly population faces many hardships and sufferings due to a lack of financial support and age-related health problems. As they don't have access to free medical services, most elders have no other option but to suffer the impact of diseases and ailments.
