Talent Acquisition - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Understanding Hiring Requirements: Coordinate with HR executives or hiring

managers to understand job descriptions, key skills, and role requirements.

2\. Sourcing Candidates:Search for and shortlist potential candidates from job

portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, etc.), social media, and

internal databases.

3\. Screening Resumes: Review applications to match qualifications,

experience, and skills with job requirements.

4\. Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate and schedule interviews between

candidates and hiring managers; ensure timely communication.

5\. Conducting Initial Calls: Perform telephonic or video screening to

evaluate candidates' suitability, communication skills, and interest level.

6\. Maintaining Candidate Database: Update candidate details, interview

status, and feedback in recruitment trackers or HR software.

7\. Following Up with Candidates: Ensure smooth communication throughout the

hiring process - from application to final selection.

8\. Employer Branding Support: Assist in promoting the company's career

opportunities through social media and job postings.

9\. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare daily or weekly recruitment reports

(open positions, interviews scheduled, offers made, etc.).

10\. Support Campus Hiring / Internship Drives: Help in organizing recruitment

drives, internship fairs, or virtual campus events.
