2\. Make (~100)outbound and attend (~40-50) inbound calls per day
3\. Share feedback via chat to help students improve
4\. Resolve queries from students/parents (inbound & outbound)
5\. Reconnect with inactive users and encourage progress
6\. Report common issues to the product team
7\. Track progress and share quick performance reports
8\. Ensure a personalized and positive experience for every learner
