Graphic Design - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Poster & Social Media Creative Design

1\. Design attractive, brand-consistent posters, stories, and carousel posts

for Instagram and other platforms for both La Nail Beaut (salon) and Salad

Sant (caf ).

2\. Ensure all creatives are visually appealing, modern, and aligned with each

brand's identity.

2\. Ad Creatives for Promotions

1\. Create professional ad designs for Instagram and Meta campaigns promoting

offers, new launches, and festive or seasonal events.

2\. Focus on designs that enhance engagement and drive conversions.

3\. Menu Design & Branding Materials

1\. Design and update salon service menus and caf food menus in both digital

and print formats.

2\. Ensure menu layouts are premium, readable, and consistent with brand tone

and style.

4\. Marketing Collaterals

1\. Design flyers, standees, posters, table cards, and other offline

promotional materials.

2\. Maintain cohesive in-store branding visuals.

5\. Campaign Coordination

1\. Collaborate with the founder or marketing lead to understand offers,

themes, and event requirements.

2\. Translate marketing ideas into creative visuals that effectively convey

messages to customers.

6\. Reels & Photo Creation

1\. Capture and edit Reels, videos, and photos to highlight services, behind-

the-scenes moments, and promotions.

2\. Ensure high-quality, engaging visuals optimized for social media.

7\. Content Research & Trend Awareness

1\. Stay updated with design and content trends in beauty, wellness, and caf

industries.

2\. Use insights to create trendy and audience-relevant visuals.

8\. Cross-Brand Visual Consistency- Maintain distinct yet cohesive design

identities elegant and feminine for La Nail Beaut , clean and fresh for Salad

Sant .

9\. File & Asset Management- Organize design files, templates, and assets for

efficient future access and brand consistency.

10\. Do creative brainstorming

11\. Contribute fresh visual ideas for events, campaigns, and launches to

strengthen both brands' presence and engagement.
