I am running a social initiative to help society, established to provide a

platform that cultivates soft and hard skills, with a focus on communication

and personality development through activities like group discussions,

debates, live scenario activities, and various engaging events. InteractUp

also aims to facilitate connections among people with diverse backgrounds,

supporting start-ups, fostering meaningful relationships that can also aid in

career development by connecting members with influential professionals, meet

industry leaders, participate in development activities, and gain career-

focused insights, all for free.

directly with the founder on high-impact initiatives that influence the

company's future. This role blends strategic problem-solving, operations,

branding, and leadership exposure offering you a fast-track learning

experience that top professionals seek.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Assist in driving day-to-day operations and ensuring seamless cross-team

coordination

2\. Support strategic planning and take charge of execution that contributes

to business growth

3\. Work on branding initiatives that strengthen the company's market presence

4\. Create compelling business pitches, investor decks & founder presentations

5\. Bring bold ideas to the table and lead them to execution

6, Develop and nurture strategic relations with partners, stakeholders &

collaborators

7\. Build digital content and support brand communication across channels

8\. Manage & optimize social media presence for outreach and visibility

9\. Take ownership across multiple functional areas from strategy to

operations to expansion
