Customer Service/Customer Support - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Handle customer queries across social media (Facebook, Instagram) and
e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart).
2\. Respond promptly to messages, reviews, and comments.
3\. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
4\. Conduct onboarding calls for new customers.
5\. Share customer feedback for process improvement.
Duration: 1-month internship with performance-based extension.
