Recruitment - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed

2\. Screen resumes to assess technical skills and experience

3\. Conduct initial interviews (demo sessions) to evaluate technical and

cultural fit

4\. Onboard trainers and assign them to batches based on their skills and

availability

5\. Maintain records of trainer schedules, performance, and feedback

6\. Communicate batch schedules and updates with trainers and internal teams

7\. Support training operations, including resolving scheduling conflicts
