1\. Assist in Salary, PF, ESIC, Compliance. Assist with recruitment efforts
including resume screening and scheduling interviews
2\. Maintain employee records and databases using MS-Excel
3\. Support HR team with onboarding and training new hires
4\. Help organize and coordinate employee events and activities
5\. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes
6\. Provide support in handling employee inquiries and requests
7\. Contribute to the overall success of the HR department through various
administrative tasks
