About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Travel Operations Intern to
join our team. The intern will assist in coordinating travel bookings,
managing event logistics, communicating with vendors, and supporting day-to-
day travel operations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about travel,
hospitality, and operations management.
Key Responsibilities
1.Assist in planning and coordinating domestic and international travel
itineraries.
2.Support the operations team in handling bookings for flights, hotels, and
ground transportation.
3.Communicate with vendors, clients, and partners to ensure smooth operations.
4.Maintain travel records, invoices, and documentation.
5.Assist in preparing reports and expense summaries.
6.Provide administrative support to the travel team as required.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Tourism, Hospitality,
Management, or a related field.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
