We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable intern to support our B2B sales
and marketing operations. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure
the accuracy of our email data, which is critical for the success of our
client outreach campaigns. This is a great opportunity for an individual
looking to gain practical experience in data management and sales operations.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1\. Verifying large lists of email addresses using designated software and
manual checks.
2\. Monitoring and tracking email bounce-backs from ongoing campaigns.
3\. Categorizing bounced emails (hard bounce, soft bounce, etc.) and recording
the reasons.
4\. Updating contact databases and CRM by cleaning and removing invalid email
addresses.
5\. Maintaining accurate and organized records of data verification
activities.
