Operations intern (evening shift)

We are looking for a proactive operations intern to support our daily academic

and administrative tasks. The role is ideal for someone who is detail-

oriented, organized, and passionate about the education sector.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Assist in managing day-to-day operations related to academic content and

student support.

2\. Work on data entry, documentation, and report preparation using MS Excel

and Word.

3\. Coordinate with the teaching team and ensure smooth scheduling of classes.

4\. Understand and adapt to different teaching methodologies up to Grade 12.

5\. Maintain accurate records and provide operational support for academic

activities.

6\. Assist in monitoring and improving process efficiency.
