Social Media Marketing - Internship

A One Realtors is looking for a creative and proactive intern to elevate our

digital presence through video and social media strategy.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. The ideal candidate will manage our entire content lifecycle, from

planning to production and promotion

2\. Video Production: Shoot and edit high-quality video content (tours,

interviews, market updates).

3\. Scripting: Write compelling scripts optimized for social media engagement.

4\. Strategy: Develop and execute the monthly social media content plan.

5\. Research: Proactively research latest trends and market topics for content

inspiration.

6\. Advertising: Assist with setting up and optimizing paid campaigns using

Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).

Qualifications:

1\. Proven skill in video shooting and editing.

2\. Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.

3\. Strong strategic and creative mindset.
