Content and Social Media Marketing - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1.This internship offers an opportunity to work directly with the Parshad of

Kharika Pratham,Telibag,Lucknow and the local governance team to enhance

citizen engagement through social media and digital platforms. You'll be part

of real civic initiatives, contributing to digital outreach, public

communication, and social impact projects at the grassroots level.

Key Responsibilities

\- Manage and grow official social media handles (Facebook, Instagram,

X/Twitter, etc.)

\- Create engaging digital content posts, reels, infographics, and updates

about civic works

\- Design social media campaigns to highlight developmental work and community

initiatives

\- Monitor online engagement and prepare weekly performance reports

\- Capture and document field activities and events for public updates

-Coordinate with local teams and media for visibility of initiatives

Required Skills

Strong communication and writing skills (English & Hindi preferred)

Basic knowledge of Canva / Photoshop / video editing tools

Familiarity with social media analytics and trends

Interest in governance, public policy, or community development is a plus
