Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Content creation skills:
1\. Strong command of language and grammar
2\. Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging copy
3\. Understanding of storytelling for emotional impact
4\. Skill in writing for different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, website,
email, etc.)
B. Research and strategy:
1\. Audience analysis and tone alignment
2\. Competitor research and content benchmarking
3\. Knowledge of SEO and keyword usage
4\. Understanding campaign goals and aligning content accordingly
C. Design and visual sense:
1\. Basic knowledge of Canva, Figma, or Photoshop
2\. Understanding visual hierarchy and post aesthetics
3\. Consistency in brand colors, fonts, and layouts
D. Platform and analytics understanding:
1\. Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms
2\. Scheduling and managing tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business
Suite
3\. Data interpretation from insights and analytics
4\. Ability to adjust content strategy based on performance
E. Community engagement:
1\. Writing responses that maintain brand tone
2\. Handling feedback and criticism professionally
3\. Engaging with comments, DMs, and community posts
F. Project and time management:
1\. Planning monthly content calendars
2\. Coordinating with designers, photographers, and campaign leads
3\. Meeting deadlines and managing multiple platforms
G. Creativity and adaptability:
1\. Experimenting with new trends and formats (Reels, short videos, and polls)
2\. Adapting tone and message to suit campaigns and audiences
