a. Market research & ICP mapping: Identify ideal customer profiles, buyer
personas, and priority segments; build and maintain target lists.
b. Prospecting & outreach: Write and run multi-step email/LinkedIn sequences;
personalize messages; book discovery calls for AEs/Founders.
c. Lead qualification: Conduct first-touch conversations, capture pain points,
and score leads against ICP.
d. Sales enablement: Prepare one-pagers, case studies, and lightweight demos;
maintain battle cards and FAQs.
e. CRM hygiene: Log activities, keep pipelines updated, and track progression
through the funnel.
f. Reporting: Weekly metrics on outreach, meetings set, conversion rates, and
learnings.
g. Cross-functional: Relay customer feedback to product/marketing; suggest
experiments to improve conversion.
