Hotel Management (Operations) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Assist with business setup: licenses, compliance, location selection
2\. Onboard and manage suppliers, vendors, and kitchen equipment
3\. Help recruit and train staff (chefs, helpers, delivery partners)
4\. Draft and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
5\. Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control
6\. Help design menus and manage pricing with chef/founder
7\. Coordinate soft launch and initial customer feedback cycles
8\. Use tools like Excel, Notion, Google Drive, or POS systems
