Sales and Marketing - Internship

As our Sales & Marketing Intern, you'll be the face and voice of Neuronurture

Kids for potential families, partner organisations and digital channels. You

won't just do "admin". You'll drive real outcomes i.e. convert leads, build

partnerships, refine our message, and help raise our visibility. If you're

excited by startup pace, iteration and impact, this is for you.

What you'll own

\- Engage with all leads coming in through our website: respond, qualify,

conduct demos with prospective families, negotiate pricing/plan options, and

facilitate the conversion process.

\- Proactively reach out to organisations (schools, therapy centres, NGOs,

paediatric clinics) to initiate partnership discussions: identify mutual

opportunities, build proposals, follow-through to agreements.

\- Assist our marketing efforts, especially SEO: keyword research, content

optimisation, on-page & off-page tactics, track SEO performance, plus support

broader marketing campaigns (social media, email, collateral).

\- Maintain and update lead/partnership pipelines: CRM or spreadsheets, keep

status trackers, follow-up schedules, ensure no opportunity slips.

\- Analyse the data: lead sources, conversion rates, partnership success, SEO

metrics and suggest what's working / what needs to improve.

\- Be a teammate: collaborate with clinicians, therapy team, operations and

marketing staff to ensure our value proposition is clear and compelling; help

bring fresh ideas for outreach and growth.

What we're looking for

\- You are currently studying (or recently graduated) in business/marketing,

communications, allied-health, psychology or a related field, or you have

demonstrated interest in sales/marketing in a service/healthcare setting.

\- Excellent verbal and written communication skills: you can talk confidently

to families, organisations and internal stakeholders; you can craft clear,

persuasive messages.

\- Comfortable making calls, doing demos/presentations, negotiating and

following through. You're outcome-driven.

\- Strong interest (and preferably some experience) in digital marketing and

SEO: you understand the idea of keywords, search traffic, content optimisation

or are willing to learn fast.

\- You're proactive and resourceful: you don't wait to be told what to do; you

spot opportunity, you ask questions, you propose next-steps.

\- You thrive in a dynamic/start-up-like environment: multiple hats, some

ambiguity, quick iteration.

\- Bonus: prior exposure to healthcare/therapeutic services, B2B partnerships,

CRM tools, or startup environments.
