Graphic Design - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Design and creativity:

1\. Create visually appealing graphics for social media posts, reels, stories,

and ads.

2\. Develop creative concepts based on client briefs and brand guidelines.

3\. Design engaging motion graphics, GIFs, and animations when needed.

4\. Ensure all visuals align with brand identity and resonate with the target

audience.

B. Collaboration and communication:

1\. Work closely with the content team, social media managers, and clients to

understand design requirements.

2\. Provide input on visual storytelling and content ideas.

3\. Adjust designs based on feedback and ensure timely delivery of content.

C. Trend and platform awareness:

1\. Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in

social media marketing.

2\. Research industry competitors and suggest creative improvements.

D. Technical skills:

1\. Proficient in design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or

Figma.

2\. Basic knowledge of video editing tools like Premiere Pro or After Effects

is a plus.

3\. Optimize designs for different social media platforms (Instagram,

Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

E. Time management:

1\. Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.

2\. Organize and maintain design assets for easy access and future use.
