Talent Acquisition - Internship

As a 'Talent Acquisition' intern at Globik AI, you will play a crucial role in

identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to drive our company's

success. Your strong English proficiency, recruitment skills, and knowledge of

talent management will be key in this role. Effective communication and

collaboration with team members will be essential to ensure a smooth

recruitment process.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1\. Source, identify, and screen potential candidates across multiple

platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, networks, referrals)

2\. Shortlist profiles and conduct initial screening to evaluate suitability

3\. Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring clear and professional

communication with candidates

4\. Maintain and update applicant tracking sheets, databases, and recruitment

dashboards

5\. Use MS-Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Forms to manage

candidate data and recruitment metrics

6\. Draft and post job descriptions across platforms and communities to build

strong talent pipelines

7\. Support the end-to-end hiring process for interns, full-time, and project-

based roles

8\. Assist with onboarding and basic HR coordination as needed

9\. Collaborate with internal teams for smooth and timely hiring execution
