We are looking for an operations intern to support smooth engagement with our
network of doctors and healthcare professionals. This role involves managing
structured telephonic interactions to ensure timely communication, accurate
information flow, and effective coordination between doctors and our internal
teams.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Conduct structured outbound calls to doctors for service-related
coordination.
2\. Handle inbound queries from doctors with professionalism and provide
accurate information.
3\. Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the system/CRM.
4\. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, support, and business) for
escalations or information requests.
5\. Share timely feedback and insights from doctors with the team for process
improvements.
6\. Ensure adherence to compliance, confidentiality, and quality standards in
all communications.
7\. Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on call activity, feedback, and
issue resolution.
