Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Coordinate with designers, artisans and vendors for sampling, revisions,

approvals and timely execution of product development

2\. Manage vendor communication for sourcing of materials, costing, lead

times, quality checks and order follow-ups

3\. Maintain accurate product development trackers, costing sheets, sample

logs and vendor documentation for seamless workflow

4\. Prepare detailed spec sheets, line sheets, catalogues and merchandising

decks for launches, sales teams and buyer presentations

5\. Support in collection planning and structuring as per brand strategy,

pricing architecture, category mix and market demand

6\. Conduct in-depth research on materials, gemstones, metal finishes,

techniques, craftsmanship processes, trends and benchmarks to aid design &

merchandising decisions
