Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Sourcing: Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g.,
LinkedIn, job portals, social media, professional networks, etc.). Also, build
and maintain a strong candidate database for various school positions
2\. Candidate Screening: Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on
defined criteria.
3\. Initial Interviews: Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate
suitability.
4\. Coordination: Assist in scheduling interviews and managing communication
with applicants.
5\. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and
hiring stages.
6\. Support Recruitment Campaigns: Provide administrative support to ongoing
talent acquisition initiatives.
