Sales Consultant - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or

services using pre-defined scripts.

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to answer queries related to

products, pricing, or company information.

Identify customer needs and requirements to achieve successful sales

conversions.

Coordinate with the field sales team for qualified leads and follow-up

actions.

Accurately enter and update customer information in the CRM/database.

Process customer orders and ensure proper documentation.

Address customer grievances or concerns to maintain a positive company image.

Strive to meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets.

Maintain detailed call logs, sales reports, and feedback notes for continuous

improvement.

Note:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Consultant Intern (Telesales) who is

passionate about sales and customer engagement. You will play a key role in

generating new business opportunities, closing sales deals over the phone, and

nurturing long-term client relationships.
