Travel & Tourism - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Social media content generation and marketing: Create engaging posts and

stories for social media platforms, particularly Instagram, to promote

OffbeatTreks' unique travel experiences and attract potential travelers.

2\. Responding to travel queries: Address inquiries from clients regarding

tours, destinations, and services, providing detailed and timely information

to enhance customer satisfaction.

3\. Itinerary preparation and planning: Assist in developing well-organized,

tailored itineraries for clients, ensuring all travel experiences align with

OffbeatTreks' standards.

4\. Follow-up on queries: Proactively follow up on client inquiries and

provide updates, aiming to convert potential inquiries into confirmed

bookings.

5\. Business development activities: Visit local travel agents, influencers,

and potential collaborators to build partnerships and promote OffbeatTreks'

offerings.

6\. Vendor handling and coordination: Manage communication with vendors and

service providers to ensure smooth execution of both individual (FIT) and

group tours, maintaining quality and consistency throughout the experience.
