CIIE Initiatives (IIM Ahmedabad)
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Handle operational tasks, including flight and cab bookings,
accommodation, and vendor management for events and accelerator programs.
2\. Maintain a venue and accommodation database across cities.
3\. Document and reconcile budgets after events/programs.
4\. Coordinate invites and RSVPs, and manage on-ground logistics.
5\. Coordinate with the 'Marketing' team on marketing collateral.
6\. Coordinate with the 'Programs' team on logistics requirements.
7\. Manage and submit vendor bills and process payments.
