Business Development (Sales) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Core Responsibilities (Primary KPIs)
A. Organic lead generation & qualification:
1\. Actively hunt for potential business leads using free tools, social media,
business directories, and networking channels.
2\. Identify decision-makers, validate prospects, and generate minimum daily
qualified leads.
3\. Write smart outreach messages & scripts for DMs, WhatsApp, LinkedIn &
email.
B. Lead conversion meeting setup:
1\. Persuade and convert qualified leads into confirmed business meetings for
the sales team.
2\. Maintain follow-ups, nurture prospects, and ensure high response &
conversion rate.
C. Business & competitor research:
1\. Conduct deep research on potential client businesses to understand their
needs & pain points before outreach.
2\. Analyze competitor agencies, pricing models, service offerings & market
trends to refine pitch strategies.
D. Networking & brand growth:
1\. Build connections with business owners, founders, influencers, startups,
restaurant owners, D2C/e-commerce brands & local businesses.
2\. Look for strategic collaboration and partnership opportunities to expand
brand reach and business pipeline.
E. Performance tracking & reporting:
1\. Maintain lead database, daily outreach sheet, conversion stats & weekly
performance reports.
2\. Share insights, feedback & new ideas to improve sales pitch and lead
generation flow.
