Customer Service/Customer Support - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1\. Call the cohort of users and explain our offering in detail and answer any
queries regarding the same
2\. Guide them through the process and follow up until all documents are
collected
3\. Help them with the payment for the offering
4\. Connect with a cohort of users and clearly explain our offerings and
benefits.
5\. Handle user queries and provide accurate information about the process.
6\. Guide users through documentation and ensure all required details are
collected on time.
7\. Follow up with users regularly to ensure completion of onboarding steps.
8\. Assist users with the payment process and confirm successful transactions.
9\. Maintain accurate call logs and update records in internal systems.
