Human Resources (HR) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Source and screen candidates for the TwinMind

2\. Conduct a high volume of screening calls to evaluate candidates'

communication skills, enthusiasm, and suitability for the company

3\. Assist with the onboarding of selected candidates by making calls to

ensure they are aligned with their responsibilities and program goals

4\. Ensure the performance of the selected candidates to ensure they are

getting onboarded properly.

5\. Post job openings and manage applications across various communities and

job boards

6\. Maintain and update the candidate database with accuracy
