As a Telecalling intern at Umoja Marketplace, you will have the exciting

for someone who is proficient in MS-Excel, has excellent English and Hindi
speaking skills, strong computer skills, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and
services
2\. Handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer service
3\. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in MS-
Excel
4\. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and close sales
5\. Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
6\. Conduct market research to identify potential new customers and trends
7\. Work closely with the marketing team to implement telemarketing campaigns
and strategies
